Paperwork & COI


In order to rent from Leduc Lighting, we need the Onboarding Paperwork document dated and signed, as well as a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance provider. Those documents will vary depending on if you are only renting equipment or if you also want to rent a pre-loaded vehicle.

This documents contains the following forms :

Certificate of Insurance

This document can be obtained through an insurance provider. It confirms coverage for your production, as well as for Leduc Lighting’s equipment and vehicles.

A Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I) is required for orders where the minimum replacement value exceeds $3,000.

If you choose to waive coverage, you agree to assume full responsibility for the equipment while it is in your possession.

Need Insurance ?

Leduc Lighting does not provide insurance but we recommend reaching out to the insurance companies below. The cost of coverage depends on the provider, but short-term policies usually begin around $170, while annual policies start at approximately $470.
